Tribute to 2NE1 4th Anniversary

Recently I made a tribute for celebrating 2NE1 4^th anniversary. From May 3^rd until 16^th, I posted a tweet with #MyFavorite2NE1songs hashtag mentioning my favorite 2NE1 songs from the less until the most.

This could be easy, but also tough. Easy because 2NE1 doesn’t have that many songs, so to sort them into list of 15 isn’t a big deal. But the problem is every song is a great song, so to choose which one is better is totally a hard job.

But I managed to do it eventually. So here it is, to compile those tweets, #MyFavorite2NE1songs from #1-15.

#1 CAN'T NOBODY

Commentary: What can i say about this song?! It's the most 2NE1 song, 2NE1 ever had. 

#2 Clap Your Hands

Commentary: It's pretty, both the melody and lyrics. This song is the reason why I love 2NE1. 

#3 Pretty Boy

Commentary: Rich and aggressive. Love it when they goes "Put your hands in the air, wave 'em like u don't care"! 

#4 In The Club

Commentary: The greatest electro R&B song Korea ever created.

#5 I Love You

Commentary: Teddy's experiment of multilayer music and it turns out really good. SM should learn a lot from this. 

#6 I Am The Best

Commentary: Needless to say more, the song is beast. You don't know K-Pop if you don't know this song.

#7 It Hurts

Commentary: Do you know what 2NE1 mean by miserable? Its awesome. This is for those who underestimate their voices.

#8 Ugly

Commentary: Music wise, a proof that 2NE1 can handle different genre. Voice wise, each members did their part beautifully.

#9 I Dont Care

Commentary: This very edgy song still becomes my theme song everytime I dont wanna give a shit about anything.

#10 Hate You

Commentary: Though people hate it bcoz of repetitive digital sound, this song totally matches 2NE1 playful concept. 

#11 Dont Stop The Music

Commentary: Urban pop never goes wrong and yes, i wont stop the music. 

#12 Love is Ouch

Commentary: A gorgeous slow song without any fierceness. True R&B. I especially love CLs rap on this one.

#13 Fire

Commentary: A fun way to do hip hop. Sexy vibe & sick beats. As a debut, pretty much represents what to expect from 2NE1. 

#14 Lonely

Commentary: Innovative, refreshing and heartwarming. Seriously, who doesnt like this song? 

#15 Go Away

Commentary: When CL goes "Just say what u gotta say, ?? ??? ???? Fiancé? Beyonce? Im walkin out of destiny" so dope!
